LWB Conference
Includes access to all LWB conference sessions, lunches, and on-site events on Thursday, April 3 to Saturday, April 5. Breakfast is not included but can be added for an additional fee of $30 per day.
Partial LWB Conference
You can register for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday only.

* Non-Member: LWB conference registration includes one membership to CASLT or to AQEFLS. A membership to the other association is available at a reduced rate of $30 plus tax.

*** Presenters with accepted proposals must register by January 31, 2025. LWB conference registration includes one membership to CASLT or to AQEFLS, or a one-year extension for current members. A membership to the other association is available at a reduced rate of $30 plus tax.
Membership
During registration, registrants who are already members of either CASLT or AQEFLS can purchase a membership to the other association at a discounted rate of $30. If you’re unsure of your current membership status, contact casltadmin@caslt.org for CASLT or info@aqefls.org for AQEFLS.
Registrants can also opt in to a one-year membership to the Association canadienne des professionnels de l’immersion (ACPI) at a discounted rate of $45.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before March 13, 2025, will be refunded, minus a $75 administrative fee. After March 13, 2025, cancellations will not be refunded. There is no charge for transfer of registration.
Photos and Videos
A photographer will be filming and taking photos on behalf of CASLT and AQEFLS. Photos and video footage may be used for:
- Social media posts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Brochures, program booklets, newsletters, or publications
- Displays
- Other CASLT or AQEFLS promotional materials
Signage will indicate the photographer’s schedule and locations. If you do not want to be filmed or photographed, please inform the photographer or avoid the photography areas during the specified times. In sessions that are being recorded, there will be designated seats for attendees who do not want to be filmed. Please contact us if you have any questions.
